Refund Policy
Due
to
the
fact
that
the
Refinishing
Company
can
generally
only
perform
1-2
refinishing
jobs
per
day,
if
you
need
to
reschedule
your
refinishing
appointment
for
any
reason,
please
give
us
at
least
72
hours
notice
so
that
we
can
fill
your
time
slot.
You
will
be
placed
back
onto
the
schedule
as
soon
as
possible,
but
we
cannot
guarantee
a
next
day
appointment
as
we
are
usually
booked
1-
2
weeks
in
advance.
Although
we
understand
that
emergencies
can
arise,
we
know
most
of
our
clients
honor
our
time
and
this
policy.
By
giving
last
minute
or
no
notice
at
all
you
prevent
someone
else
from
being
able
to
schedule into that time slot.
The
deposit
is
fully
refundable
up
to
24
hours
prior
to
the
appointment.
However,
if
a
Customer
fails
to
show
up
and/or
be
present
(“No
Show”)
at
the
appointed
time
or
if
the
customer
had
a
special
order
color,
the
deposit
becomes
non-refundable.
If
a
Customer
cancels
an
appointment
with
less
than
24
hours
notice
they
will
be
charged
50%
of
the
deposit.
After
an
appointment
has
been
kept
and/or
the
services
have
been
performed
the
deposit
shall
be
deemed
non-refundable.
All
work
performed,
materials
and
warranties
provided
are
determined
by
and
contracted
through
the
refinishing
company
listed
on
the
Appointment
Confirmation,
not
BathRefinishing
Resource.com
or
its
parent
company.
Please
note
that
we
cannot
guarantee
specific
results
as
quoted
or
in
any
general
claims
made.
Results
are
individual
and
can
vary
from
job
to
job.
Please
request
printed
warranty
and
care
and
maintenance
information
from
the
refinishing
company
technician.
If
you
are
not
present
when
work
is
complete
you
can
request
it
by
email.
Follow
all
instructions
on
care
and
maintenance
document
including
but
not
limited
to
the
prohibited
use
of
bathmats,
stickers
or
improper
cleaning
procedures
which
voids
warranty.
Please
note,
any
warranty
items
which
require
the
technician
to
make
an
additional
trip
to
the
property
will
incur
a
service
call
and
travel
fee
of
a
minimum
of
$50.00
for
each
occurrence.
The
new
surface
will
be
slippery.
Customer
may
request
a
Slip-Resistant
surface at an additional cost.
Customer will be responsible for:
All
grout
and
tile
repair,
removing
masking
tape
and
paper
using
razor
blade,
re-caulking
and
reinstalling
hardware
after
coatings
have
cured
(a
minimum
of
24
hours).
Customer
assumes
all
legal
responsibility
arising
from
performance
and/or
usage
of
the
refinishing services.
